Willow

Hello! My name is Willow, I was found on Fourth of July as a stray, and no one came to claim me. I know my past owner loved me because I am such a faithful companion, but I was neglected and didn’t get proper care. Since coming to Sophia’s Grace Foundation, they removed my bad teeth, got me spayed, vaccinated, groomed and checked out with a clean bill of health. It took me some time to decompress in my foster home, but I am now a happy and loving girl.

I like a lot of attention and would prefer my owner doesn’t have other pets so I can get all of their attention! For example, I like to get on my foster mom’s lap, put my legs around her neck, and rest my head on her chest. But I don’t like for the other dogs to snuggle my foster mom – I am a bit jealous! So, I am looking for a forever home where my new mom or dad have no other pets and are both home a lot. I want to spend my glory years being a constant and loving companion! I like to chase balls. I like squeaky toys. And I LOVE to lay in the sun! I would prefer to have a fenced yard where I can wander. No small children, but older dog-loving kids would be fine with me! I am a medium sized dog at 23 pounds. I am part cocker-spaniel with lots of other breeds mixed in! I am housetrained. I don’t like to be crated but I am very good free roaming.

I am about 8-9 years old. I am currently in Hebron, Ohio and my adoption fee is $300.00.
