Hello, my name is Whitey!

I am a 9.8-pound miniature schnauzer who will be one year old in February! I’m hoping I can celebrate my birthday with my new family. I don’t really have any particular requirements for my new family because I love everyone and everything! I am super adaptable.

I came into rescue because my old family had lots of doggies and could no longer care for all of us. I was previously being kept in a doggie diaper all the time and am working on potty training. My foster mom says I’m doing great, but I still occasionally have accidents. I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages! I am a loving little guy who enjoys curling up for a nap and hanging out with my humans.

I am very good in the car and like to go places and meet new people. I walk well on a leash, but I really would prefer to be carried around. I love squeaky toys and chasing after balls. I also love to run around in the backyard with my other doggie friends. I eat fast, so I need a slow-feed bowl for my meals. I’m not very loud but will bark at loud noises or if I hear other dogs barking. I am very soft and love to be petted and get belly rubs! I also know how to sit for treats and would love to learn more tricks!

Whitey is being fostered in Canton, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $450.00. I will be ready to go home after my final booster shots on 01/11/2023!
