Sarah

Meet Sarah!

Sarah Sherman has been rescuing animals since her childhood and has years of experience helping dogs in need. She is proud to have joined Sophia’s Grace Foundation as a foster parent and regional director March of 2021. The leadership team and community of volunteers is her favorite thing about the organization. Over the years, Sarah has grown advanced experience with fostering medically challenging and under-socialized dogs.

Sarah is a proud Clevelander and lives on the west side of Cleveland with her husband and two personal dogs. In her day job, she works as an HR project manager for a federal agency. She and her partner/best friend Chelsea Clarke oversee the Midwest region of SGF. When not working or rescuing dogs, you can find Sarah studying (as she pursues her masters degree), spending time with her family, or traveling.
