Meet Peaches! Peaches and her brother, Onyx, were found in rural GA in foster mom’s
backyard. We can only speculate that they had been “dumped” on a country road, and
thankfully, they found their way to the right home! Both dogs were loaded with fleas and worms but have since been treated and are now completely healthy and free of parasites.

Peaches and Onyx appear to be lab mixes and they have a LOT of energy. We are guessing that they will reach 50 pounds or more when fully grown, so they will need an adopter/family capable of handling larger breed dogs and only homes with a fenced-in yard will be considered.

Both puppies are crate trained and housetrained. While they are currently constant companions and may certainly be adopted together, they can be separated, but if so, we would like to see them in a home with another active/playful dog, or at least with an active adopter who will continue to work on training with them and has the time and energy to spend making sure each pup gets plenty of socialization and exercise.

Peaches is currently being fostered in Lyons, GA, but we can help with transportation for the perfect applicant. She is current on vaccinations and microchipped, but NOT spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.00, but $100.00 will be refunded once adopter provides proof of spay once she is 6 months of age. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application online at
