Hello Beautiful People! My name is Missy! I am a 2-year-old Chihuahua and am spayed and up to date on my vaccines. I was found on the street, scared and alone. That didn't last long, because this awesome rescue organization saved me. My foster parents have really worked with me. I am very, very shy. It took a while before I started trusting them. Now I am able to have a leash put on, go for a walk, and even get up on their lap and get petted and cuddled for a short period of time. We are still working on potty training. I am still a work in progress. Also, I hate cats. I get along with my foster dog siblings. I haven't been around kids yet.  I have very fearful tendencies and will need time to warm up. Please understand and be patient with me. Due to this, any interested adopters must speak to my foster parents to ensure it is a good fit. I'll need time to also calm down and decompress and get acquainted with my new surroundings and schedules. This could take some time. It took my foster mom a little over a month, before she could put a leash on me. I have a lot of love to give, please give me a chance.
