Meet Gunther!

Gunther came from a hoarding situation involving both cats and dogs. We aren’t 100% sure of his breed, but our best guess is a Dachshund and Pomeranian Mix. He has a gorgeous long-haired brindle coat. Because Gunther came from a hoarding situation, his housetraining is a
work-in-progress. He was recently neutered, which should help with “marking” indoors. He will need a diligent and patient owner to continue to work with him on house training. His foster pawrent says that Gunther is very playful, cuddly, polite, quiet, and gentle with both humans &
dogs. His foster pawrent says that while he loves being held and is snuggly, he is respectful of boundaries and will not invade your space. Gunther’s foster home has not personally seen him with cats, but he previously resided in a home with 7 cats with no issues. Gunther is a bit of a picky eater and prefers his kibble saturated in warm water. Gunther’s teeth were recently polished, and the vet said that his teeth look great, he’s just a picky boy. Gunther is overall an
absolute sweetheart who is easy to care for and even easier to love!
Gunther is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, had a teeth cleaning, and is heartworm negative! He is being fostered in Toledo, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $375.00.
