Meet Edith! Edith came to the rescue after her work as a puppy mill mama was complete. Edith is NOT your average puppy mill dog; she is super social and fearless! This tiny girl does not have a mean bone in her body. She loves to be with people 24/7. She follows her foster family all around the house, often zooming around them and tripping them while they walk. Edith is still working on her house-dog skills, which have been a major work-in-progress due to the seemingly never-ending rain. Edith is not house trained, but luckily her piddles are tiny. She does well with the back door open and will go out to potty then come back in. Otherwise, there is no alerting to inform us she needs to potty. She does well holding it all through the night and happily sleeps in bed. She is let out to potty in a fenced-in yard right now but could easily be leash-trained. We almost always require another dog in the home for our mill dogs, but Edith does not require that as she is very attentive and sociable. Edith is ready to be the center of your world.

Edith is fostered in Syracuse, NY and is available for an adoption fee of $300.00. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and had her teeth cleaned with extractions. She has a final booster shot on 05/13/2023 and is ready to go home after that.  Applications may be submitted via the following website:
